All items are made to order, and therefore all items are final sale. At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please keep in mind that we hand-make and or print each piece to order. Depending on the number of current orders in progress, allow up to 5-7+ business days for your order to be made and ready for shipment. As soon as your order is ready and shipped you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.
Shipping times may vary: For USPS please delivery times allow for 1-5 business days for domestic orders and 6-21 business days for International orders after the production time.

Shipments may arrive separately: If your order contains items with different styles, they may dispact at different times. Rest assured that you will receive individual email notifications as each style from your order is shipped. This means that if not all your items are received in the same shipment, you need not worry. We understand how eagerly you are anticipating your order, and we are committed to providing you with the best possible service.
Knitwear
All sales are final.
All knitwear is handmade to order and is a final sale. We are unable to offer refunds. We reserve the right to refuse a return request for unusually high number of returns from the same person.
Discount Codes
All items that have been purchased with a discount code are final sale. No returns, exchanges or store credit. The Free Ship discount does not apply.
Leggings
If your item is misprinted/damaged/defective please send an email to fortheloveofrockstars@gmail.com within 7 days. In the body of the email please include your order number, a picture of the damage and a short description of the issue.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
If you wish to return and exchange an item for a domestic (U.S) order we deduct a $15 restocking fee per item. All international orders, except Canada, will be charged a standard $30 restocking fee peer item. Store credit will be provided minus fees. Packages without Return Authorization number will be returned back to sender unopened. We are unable to refund any shipping charges – store credit will be offered on price paid for merchandise only.

During the holidays be prepared for delays
Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual for leggings and some product categories can take between 6-10 business days to be made and shipped out.
International
Any taxes or duties, taxes, or other fees due on International delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and For the Love of Rock Star is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. For the Love of Rockstars is not responsible for the payment of customs or VAT fees. The fee varies and is determined by country and cannot be calculated in advance. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge that you will pay any Customs and VAT fees that may occur. International orders generally take 6-21 business days but may be delayed by the customs of your country. We have seen international shipments take as long as 6 weeks to arrive. Some countries hold packages at the local post office until inquired for.
Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. For the Love of Rockstars is not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves For the Love of Rockstars. If your order is sent back to For the Love of Rockstars by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.

We do not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered. Please contact your local postal service.
