All items are made to order, and therefore final sale. At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please keep in mind that we hand-make and or print each piece to order. Depending on the number of current orders in progress, allow up to 5-7+ business days for your order to be made and ready for shipment. As soon as your order is ready and shipped you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.

Shipping times may vary: For USPS please delivery times allow for 1-5 business days for domestic orders and 6-21 business days for International orders after the production time.

Shipments may arrive separately: If your order contains items with different styles, they may dispact at different times. Rest assured that you will receive individual email notifications as each style from your order is shipped. This means that if not all your items are received in the same shipment, you need not worry. We understand how eagerly you are anticipating your order, and we are committed to providing you with the best possible service.

If your item is misprinted/damaged/defective please send an email to fortheloveofrockstars@gmail.com within 7 days. In the body of the email please include your order number, a picture of the damage and a short description of the issue.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. 

If you wish to return and exchange an item for a domestic (U.S) order we deduct a $15 restocking fee per item. All international orders, except Canada, will be charged a standard $30 restocking fee peer item. Store credit will be provided minus fees.

If you ordered an incorrect style or size and wish to return and exchange a domestic (U.S) order we deduct a $15 restocking fee per item and you will be responsible for return shipping fees and the return MUST be returned within 7 days of initial delivery. Once the item is received and checked you will be given store credit minus any fees incurred. All international orders, except Canada, will be charged a standard $30 restocking fee per item. To return an order for an exchange, please reach out to fortheloveofrockstars@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide you with a return address. The customer is responsible for creating a label and is responsible for the return cost. The item MUST be returned within 7 days of initial delivery. Once the item is received and checked that it has not been worn or soiled you will be given store credit minus any fees incurred.

During the holidays be prepared for delays
Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual for leggings and some product categories can take between 6-10 business days to be made and shipped out.

International
Any taxes or duties, taxes, or other fees due on International delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and For the Love of Rock Star is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. For the Love of Rockstars is not responsible for the payment of customs or VAT fees. The fee varies and is determined by country and cannot be calculated in advance. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge that you will pay any Customs and VAT fees that may occur. International orders generally take 6-21 business days but may be delayed by the customs of your country. We have seen international shipments take as long as 6 weeks to arrive. Some countries hold packages at the local post office until inquired for.

Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. For the Love of Rockstars is not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves For the Love of Rockstars. If your order is sent back to For the Love of Rockstars by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.

Discount Codes
Any orders with a discount code applied are final sale. The Free Ship discount does not apply.

For the Love of Rockstars does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as items lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or delivered. We do not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered.
