How long will it take to receive my order?

We want you to receive your order as quickly but please keep in mind that we print and make all leggings per order, especially for you.

Activewear items and can take up to 5-10 business days (US) 3-10 business days (EU) to be printed, hand-made. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you.

Please keep in mind that we hand-make and or print each piece to order. Depending on the number of current orders in progress, allow up to 5-7+ business days for your order to be made and ready for shipment. As soon as your order is ready and shipped you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. For USPS please allow for 1-3 business days for domestic orders and 6-10 business days for International orders after production time.

I only received part of my order?

If you ordered various in styles then the chances are you will receive multiple shipments and you will also receive multiple email notifications when they ship with the tracking information for those specific products.


How do I know when my order has shipped?

Once your order is ready and a shipment label is created you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.


Can you give me an ETA on my order?

Activewear items and can take up to 5-10 business days (US) 2-7 business days (EU). Then the shipping times are approximately 3 days (US) and 6 - 10 Days (International). You will be notified by email with the tracking information as soon as they ship!

It's important to note that our dedicated workers are compensated fairly and their work hours are reasonable. Additionally, please take into consideration any upcoming USA holidays, as this may affect response times and shipping schedules. Your understanding and patience in this regard are greatly appreciated.


Do you issue refunds?

We do not issue refunds back to original form of payment. Any returns issued are because your items where received as faulty and a digital store credit will be issued. A photo with the item and packing slip will need to be emailed with 5 days of receipt fortheloveofrockstars@gmail.com.


Can I cancel my order?

Once your order goes into production, we are not able to modify or cancel it.


Why can’t I cancel my order?
All orders are custom made especially for you and once it goes into production a team is working on making your items and materials have been expensed to make your item.


Why is my order taking longer than usual or other online brands?
At our store, every pair of leggings is meticulously printed and hand-sewn specifically for your order. This approach not only reduces energy consumption but also minimizes waste. We want to emphasize that we do not follow the fast fashion model; our operation is quite distinct. Think of us as a small, exclusive boutique where each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail to meet your unique preferences and needs.


Can I modify or cancel my order?

There is a 24 hour deadline where we can either modify or cancel your order, please contact us within that timeframe. For a cancellation you will be given store credit.



Can you make one of the legging designs in another style?

Of course just drop me an email and let me know which product name and the style fortheloveofrockstars@gmail.com.

Any orders with a discount code applied are final sale (unless your items is misprinted/damaged/defective). The Free Ship discount does not apply.
